Insurance property

Liability insurance for claims brought against a person who causes damage to another's property, as by an automobile accident.
Coverage we provide:

Vacant Home/Dwelling/Commercial buildings:
When a home or building becomes vacant for more than 30 days, most insurance companies refuse to provide coverage. Homeowners are especially unaware of this gap in coverage when they move and leave an existing home vacant and for sale. Our 3 and 6 month policies bridge the vacant home/building gap.

Landlord/Rental Units: When a home is tenant-occupied, the owner needs specialized insurance to protect his home and property. Our landlord policies are designed for 1 to 4 unit buildings and single family homes. Insurance companies deny property loss claims to homeowners who leave property vacant and also to homeowners who rent the house. Homeowner insurance: Homeowner insurance is for owner-occupied property. We offer several standard policies, however, our focus is tough to cover properties and owners. We issue policies for people with prior losses and claims, credit issues, older homes and lapsed coverage.

Builder Risk/Rehab: Homes under construction need special coverage. Our builder risk policy protects your home during construction and materials while at the job site or in transit. Rates are low. In addition to new construction, we provide coverage for homes that are undergoing major renovations or rehab.

Mobile Home Insurance: We have several polices for mobilehome owners.
